General Questions

How does your service work? Our service is simple and convenient. First, you place your order online through our website. Once your order is booked and paid for we will pick up your laundry. We will wash, dry, and neatly fold your clothes. Once they are ready we will email you with the estimated drop off time.

What are your operating hours?

We are open during the following hours for drop-offs and pick-ups:

  • Monday-Saturday 7:00am -6:00pm

Pricing & Payment

How do you charge for your laundry services? We offer tiered pricing for standard loads of clothes and linens based on the size of the bag, as well as per-item pricing for bulky items like comforters. Please see our Services page for a full price breakdown.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment is due at the time of booking on our website. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Do you offer a wash-and-fold service? Yes, wash-and-fold is our primary service. Your clothes are washed, professionally dried, and neatly folded before being bagged for Drop off.

Your Laundry

Do I need to separate my laundry?

No, we do this for you. Separating whites and colors is part of the service we provide to ensure the best results and prevent color bleeding.

What if I have special instructions for an item?

You can include any special instructions in the "Notes" section when you place your order online. We will do our best to accommodate requests for specific cycles or handling.

What if I leave an item in my pocket?

We are not responsible for any items left in our pockets. We ask that you please check all pockets and remove all personal belongings before dropping off your laundry.

What happens to lost or damaged items?

While we take the utmost care with your belongings, our liability for any damaged or lost items is limited. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear. If you believe an item has been lost or damaged, you must file a claim within 48 hours of service completion. Please see our full Terms of Service for more details.

Special Services

Do you use hypoallergenic or unscented detergent?

Yes, we offer both hypoallergenic and unscented detergents as an add-on service for a flat fee per order.

Do you offer same-day service?

Yes, same-day service is available as a premium add-on for a fee. To guarantee same-day service, your order must be booked prior to 12:00 PM on the day the service is requested. While we will do our best to complete and deliver other orders on the same day based on our workload, it is not guaranteed. All normal orders are guaranteed to be completed and dropped off within a 24-hour timeline.
